Couldn't find where anyone else mentioned that the new catalog is on the BCCI Website. I may have to have one of those 340s in Sandivic steel..

Looks like they've changed the blade steel options on some like the Alpha Dorado Rosewood. It's now Sandvik, not 154CM. Same for the Alpha Hunters.

The BCCI website Buck catalog is missing pages for the Paradigm (page34) and Tops Knives (page 30)? "Tops" secert I guess.
I printed out some pages, 52 to 59 and it printed 54 to 61, I guess becasue of the two missing pages. Some really good looking knives, Wilde Bill Cody WBC Bear Claw, David Yellow Horse and Painted Pony knives look really nice. I was a little taken back by the Paula Shell 110 list price was $1,050. It is a really nice knife though.

Ouch! That hurts! I saw it listed on one website for around $750. I'll have to wait until no one buys them and the prices are reduced.

The 113 was first on my list, the 341 Avid was a quick second choice, as I find that 346 Avid in my pocket most days now

Paua = South Seas Abalone, some ocean farmed. Try wikipedia..

Thanks, that's what I suspected. Here where I live, abalone used to be very common and I can remember a pile of abalone shells the size of an 18 wheeler just outside of a local commercial fishing boat yard.

Craig,

Sorry about starting a thread directly competing with yours. I didn't look to see what was going before I started that other one.
