Buck 245 Seal Knife

Recently purchased A Buck 245 "Matt Leather" knife.
My question is how the heck does the Tek-Lox Belt Clip attach?

Two screws ,spacers and nuts. put TeK -Loc on right rear of sheath align holes.
top right hole above Made in U.S.A. put one screw and spacer assy.
lower right hole repeat above.
skinny spacers are for belt wearing.

I was trying to use 4 screws to mount to sheath.

My mounting kit came with 3 rubber spacers the same thickness.
If I use 2 spacers I can mount the belt clip solidly.
Having only one spacer for the second hole creates loose mount.
I must be missing one spacer?

Went to the hardware store and purchased a rubber grommet.
I'm in good shape...Thanks for the help.....
