Buck 279t scales

I want replace the rubber grips with most likely wood. Any person recommended who works on Buck appreciated.

You know a real good way to do this is to search thru threads for Customs, then Private Message the person that posted a custom handled Buck photo you like and then you stay out of the area of having someone make a recommendation of one maker over another. I think we should try to be fair in our recommendations and doing it in a private message does less to lead to issues of unfairness.

Maybe try making your own. I used Amboyna Burl for my 279
it is definately satisfying to make them for yourself.
And it can be done with limited tools too
