I just ordered a Yellow 301 and it doesnt seem to come with a sheath like the Dymondwood one does. Does anyone know where I can pick a sheath up at a reasonable price?

You might check with frequent forum visitor Rudderjt. He does leather work, as has been pictured here by others. 300Bucks

aint the 301 a " pocket " knife ? or at least they used to be.

Of course you can carry it in your pocket but if you use the sheath you have a pocket open to carry it's little brother the Cadet.;)

Thanks guys I will be calling Buck tomorrow to get a price on one of the sheaths.

STDK,
I have shown this before but this is what I use for pocket carry of my 300s. You can get some leather pouches from someone and fix the belt loop yourself or buy the 'Buckaroo' rig from Ron Ryder at WWW.Backroomleather.com. The belt hanger is braided from 30lb mono but now make them with 30 pound spider wire. Last photo is Buckaroo leather rig. Well used. FYI.

In Re: "... the 'Buckaroo' rig from Ron Ryder at WWW.Backroomleather.com. " I have several of the different sizes and can't say enough good about them. A very useful sheath for slippies in the pocket.
Craig, what is 30 # spider wire?

I ordered a 301 sheath from the Buck store today. So if anyone else needs one they got them.
