Recently picked this up online, has broken lock and most paint is gone. Holey sheath. How do they stack within the Buck muti tool realm? Are they worth anything being discontinued sought after or collectible?

The worth is that of a utilitarian tool. Stick it in the glove box, they are handy.
Common enough so it would have to be NIB to put in a collection IMO.
The camo versions were a little less common but adds no value in used condition.
If the finish bothers you just strip it off, they are normally bare stainless anyways.
I have a 355 version sitting next to me right now and it did not come with a lock.
My 355 fits nicely in a 110 sheath, not sure about your 360.
360's do have a lock on the handle top.
Without the lock just use it as you would any slip joint knife (I've still got all my digits:))

It does but one of the handle locks for the tools is broken. I think with that and the fact they are no longer made.. makes it less desirable than a muti tool with an intact warranty at this point
