Buck 390

I do not carry one but have handled them. I think a folding Omni would be a good option also. I do use a PakLite skinner which is basically a Omni with out the rubber handle, and really like it.
 
Are you going to carry it on your belt? What do you use your knife for? I carry some of Bucks modern folders.
 
Well, I've seen it at a local outfitter and liked it. EDC is a bit exaggerated, when I go to work I carry a PM 1.3 made by Lion Steel. But for going out with the dog I always switch to a fixed blade which I carry in a Maxpedition pack. Usually it is a Mora Bushcraft, however, though the knife is really outstanding when it come to functionality, I can't bring myself to really like it.
So thought of a Buck OmniHunter or Vanguard.
