Buck 422 info

I have a Buck lite 422 with an upside down "V" (inverted?) after 422. I googled it and found nothing. Anybody have info for me? It also has a square shaped "ring" through end to attach to a belt clip maybe? Any help is appreciated. Thank you,

I am not certain about the 'rings' however. I have not seen a 422 with those.

I think she's describing a oblong lanyard hole in the handle opposite the blade pivot. DM
