On the Buck 442, is the "detachable metal clip," good on right or left, a thumbstud or a pocket clip?

Also, any comments on the knife in general?

And does anyone have a picture of it closed?

My thanks.

It is reversible for southpaw carry, it's one of the reasons it's my favorite Buck-Lite.

No thumbstud, just a reversible pocket clip.

I like mine, easy to carry and a solid everyday user.

I'd take one and post it if I could find my wifes camera.

Thanks. Those are really sharp images, btw.

Well I broke my wifes last camera-bumped it off the desk downloading knife pics:o It didnt take real good pics-so when I got her a new one for Mothers day, I got her a much better one to make up for my error:p
