How does everyone feel about their stealth run #003? Personally I wasn’t impressed at all.

Check out the thread about them in the Buck subforum. Several of us received ours with less than stellar grinds. The f&f on my example is pretty darn good, except for a wonky bevel.

I still have an old Gerber Silver Knight like that which I rarely ever use. Now if Buck would switch to something like the Spyderco back lock that is midway down the handle, I might be interested.

I got mine yesterday. It's a nice knife . I like it. If the grinds aren't perfect, and the rarely are on a new knife, they are easily fixed when I sharpen it.

I didn't order one so I don't have an opinion either way, just curious.

Mine is excellent in every way and so far performance is great. Still very sharp with no noticeable dulling or issues at all. I am very satisfied and thinking I should have got another one or two.lol

I have quite a bit of blade play and my nickel silver turned yellowish after one day I left it in the sheath. That may just be mistreatment on my part though.

Mine did tarnish after a few days in humidity but it polished up nicely with some mothers mag polish and I applied some protective oil and wiped it down. So far it’s still nice and shiny.

I have not used mine yet. I know that is a different issue of mine but the fit and finish is very good, the grind is pretty good too and it locks up tight. I have no complaints.

Artificial scarcity? It was a limited run of 800...and they didn't sell out that quickly. They were still available as of when I looked a few days ago. (Okay, so I guess that means they were available a little over a week...but considering some limited editions sell out in hours, that wasn't bad)
