Buck 503 bolsters?

I've been considering getting a Buck 503, so I've been searching the internet for info. I've noticed that some dealers state that this model has stainless liners and bolsters, while others claim they are nickel silver. Are there two different versions, or has there been a change in materials causing my confusion? Thanks.
 
Both 2004-05 Buck catalogs state that the liners/bolsters are nickle silver. I know older ones were stainless...someone will be coming along that knows when the change took place. Preston
 
Thanks for the quick response. Are they still one piece liner-bolsters or are they built up with separate liners and bolsters?
