Buck 50th

I found a 50th Anniversary Buck 110 (2014) knife @ Wal-Mart yesterday(4-15-17) Is it possible that knife sat on the shelf for 3 years? I thought it was a great find. I bought it, it's my 4th Buck 110. I looked at a used 50th Ann. knife earlier in the day but it didn't have a box so I didn't get it.Anyway, didn't think that knife would still be at a retail store.

I don't think that's all that uncommon. Most Bucks I've bought at retail stores have been made a couple years before the date of sale.

Nice snag, I really like the 50th edition knives. I received a custom shop one for Christmas with the blade stamp. I think the handle inlay is a little more natural on the 110 as opposed to what they're doing this year with the 119.

I have the standard model but I passed up on the 75th anniversary edition because I didn't like the aesthetics.

I have a itch for a buck. I've been looking at the squire. I wanted something small-er folder.

I'm going to check some of the local stores to see what's popping. Congratulations on the nice find.
