Buck 535 Value?

I have a NIB/Mint Buck 535 that I purchased 5 to 10 years ago. It is truly mint condition with the knife, box, sheath, papers, etc. in 100% mint condition.
I found this site out on the web which is offering one of these for sale for $250!

Are these really worth $250 now?
(I can't find any information on these knives and know these are relatively rare.)

I got one for Fathers Day about 4 to 5 years ago. It was $43 in the Smokey Mountian Knife Works catalog. It also happens to be my favorite knife. I have more expensive knives, but one look at it you'll realize it is a super nice knife. As far a being worth $250, I imagine it could sell for that much. A bit expensive, but I am not willing to give my knife up.
