Hate to use a new thread for this...but I'm a hateful guy.
Many moons ago I asked for someone to post a pic of a 55, 110, & 112 together. One of you Buckaroos did so, but i can't find it.

Can someone that knows the thread throw out the link? Please.

The "search" function on this gig blows. And I still never got the BASIC membership I paid for. So I think I can say the "search" blows and not be slammed for being a hobo.

Here you are Goose...I couldn't remember the thread either:D. Preston

YEP...that's it!! I recall commenting about how good your wood looks! :D

Wonder as I keep reading about the 55 being a half version of the 110 yada yada. Well, I guess it does/n't

Wish the bolsters were more 110 style. But, if I had the chance to get three with the wood like that, I would be thrilled.

Goose.

PS...THANKS Mr. P. !!!!

Your welcome, Goose, I think you said that about the wood before. You know these were bought all at different times and different places, with no thought about the wood at all. Glad you like them. Preston

Yeah, real cool. That is like shadow box/display presentation in my book. Are the tang stamps the same year?

I never thought I'd own a 112. Especially a FG. But I REALLY like the "<" I got...the guy said it has gutted hundreds of grouse and been dropped several times. Have never seen a "grouse" but I'm thinking that's a good thing..."dropping" not a good thing...but I really am falling for it. At least there are no signs of it being used as a frickin' hammer. Maybe he uses his 110 for that? Put the OAB on it (112FG) today and it's not too bad in the pockets.

Maybe a new 112 and 55 to go with the 110 I have from WW via JBweld (Idaho stamps)...thatwill be my new year resolution to obtain before 2007.
So, I'm thinking I wanna be like PJSJR when I grow up!!!

Goose, they are all Idaho tang stamps. That wasn't planned either:D.

I really like my 112s and fingergrooved especially.

Grouse are gamebirds, like pheasant, very good eating:).

That 112FG is a nice knife. I am very surprised about how much I like it. It is the only 112 I have.
Have come to the conclusion that I am one sick pup and would have a lot to explain if I got Mr. Badge on me right now. Sitting here with a 172 in a horizontal on the belt, 298GY in right camo pants pocket, 112FG in side pocket of camo pants.
How do you explain that?
