I recently "rediscovered" my Buck 110 & 112 after a dozen or more years of disuse. I especially like my 112; that size is usually perfect for my uses. I guess I'm on an old school lockback binge now because last month I bought a Case Mako which I like as much as my 112. Sometimes, however that size of knife is frowned on in some quarters. Since I've been into the lockbacks I figured I'd give the Buck 55 a try. I got one from bass Pro Shops tonight and it's a really useful size. I really like the clip blade in a knife that small.

The Buck 55 is a really sweet little pocket knife. The "110" reminicent blade style really sets the slim knife off.

I've never seen a clip blade so small before. I think it looks really good and it's a really useful blade as well.

Love the 55, it's my "food" knife, keep it in my pocket for cutting up an apple, etc. Gave it to my wife the other day to cut her apple while we were at a home school event and we didn't bring a kitchen knife.
