Hello,

Just wanted to tell you about the new Buck 819 series I received. This is a beautiful knife, mirror polished S30V blade w/BOS heat treat, fancy walnut handles, harness leather sheath, limited to 1000 serialized pieces.

I believe that these will rival the 1998 Master Series in quality & desirability. Now to hope for a signature series 110 and 501 with the same treatment.

I've not handles any of the new Signature Series yet, but they have caught my eye... It would be sweet if Buck continued the Series with more models next year. I agree that a 110, or even bringing back a 500 with the S30V and checkered handles would make me reach for the wallet!!

I'm interested to learn more about the Buck Signature Series knives, and couldn't find anything on the Buck web-site.

Any reviews? Spec's? Details from Buck?

Buck doesnt seem to redo their site that much, more info can be found on the dealers sites.

W - 1 3/32"
T -11/64"
Steel - CPM S30V 59.5-60 HRC by Paul Bos
