Buck Alpha bentoxed

A friend of mine send me a Buck Alpha that was toooo clean for him. The plate was shiny, the steel tooo. Beurk. I would like something more Rock n'roll.
I destroyed that knife :). Toxification of the wood plate, toxification of the stainless plate. SUlfurical acid bath. Lin oil bath for the wood place. And the result is post apocalytic as i like.

I like it also. If you continue that work down the blade it will resemble the chipflint blades on some of the newer limited edition knives. Nice look and nice work. Oh my French Buck Brother if you cut up any snails and cook them in garlic butter....I'll have to come over for a nibble :).

La photo (dernière ) ou l'outil est planté dans le bois , a une " prise de vue " EXTRA " ....... M'en veux pas , si un de ces quatres , j'utilise ce " type " d' angle .....:thumbup:

That looks awesome.... gives the folding Alpha Hunter an entirely new look. You say post apocalytic, I say prehistoric. Nice work!

Thank you all :). the knife has been sent to my belgian friend Oufti for a bead blasted treatment on the blade :).
