Do you guys carry anything other than Bucks? I mostly split my forum time between here and the Spyderco forum. I'm a big fan of both companies and their products but I've got knives from many brands. Most days at work I'll carry a 110 of some sort, and a "clip knife" as well. More than likely a Spyderco, but maybe a Kershaw, ZT, Microtech, or another Buck. Some days just the 110 or other knife. Others it's even a 110 on my belt and a 110lt in my pocket. And I always have a Leatherman and flashlight on my belt. So do you guys carry anything but Buck knives? Post post some pics of your Buck and other combos...

I'll start with my carry today. (Smoke Jumper, Leatherman Super Tool 300, and Spyderco Endura Hap40 Sprint)

My 110 rotation (only own five 110s but the Trident is put so it stays pretty...)

Other pile. (Kept easily accessible. I rotate them out with knives I have put up with I get bored with them...)

I always have at least one Buck on me along with something else. My combos recently have been a 110 pro with a mini grip or a ZT 0566 with a 501. A couple days I've done the 110 with the 0566 but that's a little overkill. I'll throw in a Spyderco Native 5 or a Benchmade North Fork every once in a while with the 110 or 112. I don't feel right if I don't have a Buck on me so it doesn't happen often...

EDC, Barlow my Dad gave me, SOG flash II, Buck 415. I'll switch the SOG and 415 with 110's of various handle/blade materials... I always have the Barlow with me....

I have a 110 or 112 on my belt every day.
For the last couple of weeks it has been the SK Blades 110 Smoke Jumper.
I have one of them thar "Nite ( Eze" key holders clipped to a belt loop when I leave the "house".
I keep a small carabiner and a 34" SAK chain lanyard on the Nite ( Eze.
The carabiner is home to a SAK Signature.
A SAK Huntsman or 4 blade Scout Knife is generally on the end of the lanyard. However, the Scout has been known to be temporarily replaced with a Rough Rider RR897 Old Yellow Marlin Spike or Buck 374 Trapper, on the end of the lanyard from time to time.

I've also been known to put a Colt, Case, or Rough Rider canoe or Rough Rider (large 4.25" closed) Sunfish or Stockman, or a Rough Rider, Imperial, Szco, or Sarge Barlow in my pocket, too.

I actually mostly carry other than Buck, but only because I carry all my users, I have only 5 Bucks, and because I can't pick 1 knife to always be on me ( like say the 110 ) or I wouldn't actually be able to carry everything.

I love Buck for sure but Case has Buck beat on slipjoints and of course there's Victorinox, so I really cannot carry only Buck regardless of how many I own.

The Buck 110 and Vic recruit happen to make an excellent combo, and I can see why the SwissBuck line had to exist.

My 110 has always been paired with a Swiss Champ.

This is what I have been carrying most days for a while now.

Cool seeing/hearing about everyone's carry combos. I've tried carrying a small fixed blade but seems like I always go back to locking folders. Unless I'm hunting, then I'll have both.

I carry a lot of brands and models but usually only one knife at a time. That 300 Super Tool is a great choice for a multitool. Keep one in my desk at work.

I just bought it here recently when Leatherman had the 20% off sale. I've carried a Leatherman of some sort pretty well since I bought my first PST in 1996. They make a great companion to a good knife, and there's no excuse for prying or using your knife for a screwdriver when you have one.

I usually carry only one knife at a time. In winter it's often a 112 Ecolite in a nylon belt sheath worn horizontal. In summer I wear shorts a lot, usually without a belt. That means I gotta have a pocket clip, so my Vantage Pro Large gets EDC duty. But sometimes I switch it out for a Benchmade Mini Griptillian, a Rat II or a Leatherman Skeletool CX.

T tiguy7 Where does one get a custom SAK like that?

Although Buck certainly has a special place in my heart, I have other brands in my collection too. I like to buy knives that are great quality. It doesn't help that the selection of Buck Knives is quite limited in the Netherlands. (Although I have spotted a few collectors items, so let me know if you are in the neighbourhood, and I can give you the address of the store carrying them).

I don't usually combo my Buck knives with anything (usually Buck knives are built like tanks, sturdy, but bulky).

Buck Vantage, always. Right pocket. Left pocket is usually a Buck 301. Sometimes I leave the 301 home and carry an antique slip joint with a bottle opener. Sometimes I carry an antique yellow fishing knife. But usually the 301.

I ordered a custom Ti Waiter with added saw from Bob Lessard. It had a plain handle. I later bought a used skeletonized Ti Tinker on line and switched the handles. I am going to try to add a pocket clip to the skeletonized handle.
