I want to share my joy and gratitude about my incredible experience with Buck's forever warranty. Jeff and his people, especially their warranty department, recently went above and beyond with a warranty issue I had with a buck 110 blade grind. I received back from them a perfect buck 110 that is above and beyond my expectations.
Their customer service with how they handled the minor issue is something that I cannot describe in words.
How lucky are we as a forum to have a member of the Buck team who listens to our issues and takes care of us. This is why i am a life long Buck Knives family member. My positive experience with their warranty department gives me 100% confidence that my purchases will be backed up no matter what occurs and I am spending my hard earned money with the right company who supports American workers and backs it's customers 100%.
I just want to reiterate and let all the forum members know, along with anyone just starting out such as myself who is getting into the hobby or anyone else interested in knife collecting about Buck Knives and now much they take care of their customers. Current long time Buck forum members already know this but I thought I would bring more positive news.
Rest easy when you purchase a Buck knife that this company will take care of you and you are supporting good Americans who care about their legacy and product.
