Buck Barlow folder (new?)

I just noticed a Buck "Barlow" folder on Ebay.com (item #393089706). What's the deal with these? Are they new? Or something Buck used to manufacture? I've never seen on like these.

These are contract knives made for Smokey Mountain Knife Works by Camillus. There are also some "California Toothpicks" which I think may have been made by Schrade because the simulated stag versions are identical to the faux stag used by the Schrade company.
Joe, can you add to this?

As far as I know, they were both made by Camillus. I do not have all of the details but if memory serves, they both came out at the same time, (last year?) and were both made by the same company.
