Buck Belt Buckle new to me

I saw James picked up a new belt buckle that was an unknown at the knife show. I picked this buckle up and have never seen it and wonder if anybody has any info on it. It also seems to be have a serial number.



 
I have no information on it, but I have one that's identical.
I'm pretty sure there were more posted a while back.
 
gsea - I have 2 variations of that buckle and they both have the same number on the back so it must not be a serial number. I don't have any other information on them.
