Buck & Benchmade have a custom shop, any other manufacturers? (besides customs)

Do any other manufacturers have them? im not talking a about customs or anything,
Its cool that they offer some of the most popular production knives today that you can have made to your liking.
if you have ordered from one of those, Did it acualy take the 4-6 weeks?
any thoughts or input on them is appreciated!
 
I'm sorry I can't offer any help to you on this subject. And I don't mean to hijack your thread but do you know why there is no Benchmade subforum here? And there is even no CRKT subforum. Those 2 companies make up about half of my collection, so it's sort of a let down I have no place to talk specifically about those 2 companies. Maybe I'm missing something as I haven't really been very active here for a while. Again sorry to post this in your thread I just didn't want to make a whole new thread to ask about this. I can delete this post if this isn't allowed. EDIT: Or maybe I can't delete it, sorry again.

Dont worry, no big deal, benchmade has their own fourm. google benchmade fourms and it will come up.

Busse. They have small production numbers to start with, but they do have a "custom" shop as well! Nice stuff too if you like fixed blades albeit a bit pricey (cheaper to get an actual custom many times). But if you want INFI steel...you gotta go Busse.

Thats cool, i am indeed a fixed blade guy but im not up to the 600$ blades....Yet:)
 
Well there are busse's in the 350-400$ range. Look into it, I just got my first and they're a work of art.

I bought the SFNO, a 7' fixed blade that is super thick, a magnificent chopper for it's size.
