Buck (box) Movie Sighting

Ok...I got all teary eyed watching the end of the "Green Berets" where that little Ham Chunk lost his dog during the attack on the firebase and then the end where Ham is looking for Peterson in the choppers returning from a mission (Peterson had a one way ticket).

So, I needed something more uplifting...turned on "Red Dawn". In the first minutes after the Reds jump into town, the school kids that escaped are rifling through a gas station mart to grab supplies. One scene was a kid taking a Buck box.

Anyway, was there any other scene in that movie that showed the Buck in use?

Haven't seen it and the movie is close to ending. Wondering if I missed it.

Well Goose, we all know that you are a "softy" at heart, so we'll cut you some slack on being overly sentimental. As for the Red Dawn movie, I even missed the Buck box, so I surely can't comment on whether a knife was actually used. Maybe, I'll have to go rent it and watch it again

In the movie Crash, Matt Dillon's character uses a 110 to cut a lady out of a wrecked car.

omg ...talk of creepy ..
i was watch red dawn also today and when i seen them slap that yellow box with Buck Knife down on that counter
wow i thought of posting about Bucks in the movies my self !!
and then thought naw some one else will..

we could use a buck in the flicks thread were we can post when ever we see a buck in the movies or on tv!
seems this will work!
some one once said they saw a 110 used in a WW2 MOvie!!!

There was a 112 used by a airport cop in 'Locked up abroad' I think it was Packstain [sic]. He cut open the vest of gold bars the tourist was trying to smugle thru customs..
