Buck Bravo

IMO if you want a strong utility knife, get a Kershaw CB JYD II, G-10 Tyrade, or one of the highly regarded Zero Tolerance knives. They are all well worth the asking price.

While the Bravo is very thick, and feels strong, the lock does not live up to the standards I've come to expect from a high quality manufacturer.
The handle also leaves room for improvement. The way the lock bar protrudes out the front of the handle makes it very uncomfortable under heavy use. Gloves might fix that, but overall it seems like the designers gave up when the knife was halfway through troubleshooting.
Also, the knife is worth $80, not $120 as mentioned in the article.
The up side is the Besh Wedge works quite well, and goes to show that when ground for your handedness a chisel grind is not an entirely horrible thing.

I fixed the handle, it now feels great. Unfortunately to get the lock working the way I like would require re-designing the entire knife.
