Buck Cabela's Mini Alpha question

I collect the Cabela's Buck Alaskan Guide series knives. I just found one that I think is a limited edition stag handled Mini Alpha. Anybody know anything about these? Production numbers, dates of manufacture, etc.? Any info much appreciated.
 
I'm on my lunch break...so the photo will have to do for now.

The AG 196 is the top one in the photo

Now for the Cabelas 196 AG Stag (Sambar), first issued in 2006, 120 knives. This information is in the March 2007 BCCI news letter, if you are not currently a BCCI member you should join the club. Now when Cabelas discontinued this knife it was for sale in the BB for cheap!

I only have 9 and I just ordered 3 of those Buck acrylic display stands, so I'll post when I get those. Beautiful collection you have!!
Hey, I just found one of the discontinued AG Mini Alphas with the Ironwood Handle. I know they discontinued these in 2009, and if I remember correctly, they were in the 200. price range. Hard to find, but the Cabela's store in Dundee, MI had one, so I bought it. Do you have any additional info on this model? Thanks again.

There were 500 of these Ironwood 196's issued!

Nine is a bunch of AG's! I think I have 5, the stag 169 mini alpha, 2 stag 110's & 2 rosewood 110's. I EDC one of the rosewood 110's all the time!

Hey, I wanted to post a pic of a knife my Uncle gave me. It's made by a Japanese company named Gamakatsu, and he says they're pretty rare and given to Corporate executives as gifts (he's on the board of directors for Leupold). But I don't know how to post pics on this forum.

You have to use a photo's hosting site and link the photo into your post.
