Buck cedar box

I recently acquired a model 120 and it came in a cedar box with sharpening stone. Were you able to order knives with the box or did you have to order the box separate? Thanks.

The knives came with a flier to order the box, there were 3 different sizes. I posted this very same question in the past. Post #16 will show you pictures of the flier. "Offer expires January 31, 1987"
