Buck Collectors Club readies for Blade Show

With just days left before the Blade Show in Atlanta on June 13 through 15, 2003, the members of the Buck Collectors are again hard at work putting their displays together to showcase the Buck Knives and meet again with the family of friends and fellow collectors. With a more hard work and efforts, it is hoped that they will be able to be recognized by the judges and entertain and inform the public and collectors.

I invite you to come visit with the club members in the Buck Knife Display area. We will also have a club meeting on Saturday, June 14 at a time a place to be determined, in the early afternoon.

Should you have any questions on the Club or Buck Knives, stop by and get it answered. Many displays will have examples of the different knives to assist in understanding the growth and progress of the knives. Many custom knives will also be displayed, both factory and aftermarket custom work.

My best wishes and prayers to Vern Taylor and his family at this time of need. His fore sight is part of the reason for the sucess of the Buck Collectors Club. Thank you Vern.

I know I sure am looking forward to this year's Blade Show. We will have twenty tables of Buck Knife displays. Eighteen club members have taken the time and effort to assemble displays to exhibit. Please stop by and see us.

As we have previously discussed I won't be able to attend BLADE this year. I am going to try to schedule it for next year though and I am making plans to attend the FALL NKCA Show in ohio in October. My best wishes go to the BCCI members that will attend and display. May the judges shine favorably on you all!!! :D

It would be nice if someone takes a camera!! I'm sure I'm not the only one that would enjoying seeing some of the displays and knives..... (hint):p

I think we may be able to convince someone to take pictures of the Buck displays and the members who belong to them! I sure wish everyone could be there in person.

That would be nice!!!! And to finally get to put some faces with the names would be even better.....
 
I'm really starting to get excited about this years show! Its always interesting to see how someone like Gene or John or Larry can manage an effective display of their vast collections in such a small area. I'm looking forward to seeing everyone again.
