Hi Joe
Not only does your short term memory go with age but
sometimes the little mouse falls asleep in the wheel
I just read your post for the third time and realized
snail mail means send me your mailing adress sometimes I
wonder how I make it through the day

It is refreshing to know the pony express is still alive and kicking
Hope you guys dont get upset about the wallmart post but I figure
if they sell out they will get more from you guys I got the last one they had at my local store. Also do you know if a guy could just have
custom shop send him a BG42 blade for the 560 or do you have to send them the whole knife if posssible any idea of the cost Thanks Mike

the standard deal with the 560 is to send in the whole knife - to Joe and he will get it swapped out. cost is $30, but they are also working on at some point getting that knife into Pete's custom shop. although who knows when:rolleyes:

Mike,
I'd argue with you about the memory thing but I know you are right. I think I am getting a head start on the long term memory fade as well. No use procrastinating eh?
Yes, the offer to reblade a 560 for $30. is still valid. It goes away once we get Pete's up and running. :( I sure don't envy Pete, just when we think we have it all worked out, Murphy's law comes in to stay! Needless to say we are all pretty frustrated over this but we do remain hopeful.
Hang in there.

I was wondering if we get renewal forms for the club? This is my first year in the BCC and was wondering how the renewal process works...

Doug,

You should get a renewal form when your annual membership is about to expire. If you don't, email Joe and he will make sure you get one. I see that you are from Ohio. Did you make it to the NKCA show this past weekend near Wilmington?

Doug,
hog roast, knife show, hog roast, knife show...Hmmm. I would have had a hard time deciding! Lunch is my favorite time of day, besides breakfast and dinner. :D
