Buck Creek Shield

I have an old Solingen Buck Creek whittler that doesn’t have the original shield. I have several blank shields like one in the pic, but I would love to have the original. If anyone has an old parts knife with a shield that they would be willing to sell, I would greatly appreciate it.

Have you considered making your own to match the original shape? It's fairly easy if you get some sheet nickel silver, or whatever material came with the knife original. You can cut off the rough shape with regular scissors and then work on the final shape with a Dremel or a small file.

The replacement shield fits almost perfectly, I was just wanting one that has the logo like the original.
