Received a Crosslock Horseman from Frank Ruff @ Ruff's Saddle Shop and Knife Sales in Umatilla, FL. I had been looking for one for a long time since I have horses and always carry a knife and a hoof pick. The combination on this knife (blade and hoof pick) is very convenient.
I am VERY impressed with the quality of this knife and the scarry sharpness of the blade! I have many Buck knives, all of which I use, but this is by far the sharpest out of the box.
I decided to write this post as I don't hear much at this forum regarding the crosslock series. It's just a shame that the Horseman model was discontinued.
 
My daughter rides all the time and she does not hit the trail without her knife.

We just did not generate the numbers. One thought was that we did not have enough of a family of western products to support placement in the right stores. The market place said they were not
