hey I just tried to order a 110 custom,do you get a confirmation when you order.I hit the tab that says confirm order but there seems to be some confusion,if it actually occured.I tried calling but no go,and theres no email address.When I hit confirm/charge card it sent me back to the previous screen.:jerkit:

I carefully checked all information and it was correct,seems the way they do things maybe a little off center.I'm an Engineer and always expect perfection,and am worried about mistakes,and didnt want to duplicate,but I cant confirm if anything happened in the first place.

today i belive they are haveing a sale else ware and are closed..
but i could be wrong too
when you call the 18003262825 punch in ext 270 and that takes you to one of 3 gals in the store ena / sarah / amber
and they will look it up on monday i am sure!
now they dont open tell 9am pt zone
now a word so you dont get upset!
the phome system they got has a ----
glich
shall we say that some calls get put on the 'forever hold'
line... before they ever know it.
ie their phone dont show a call on hold!
or wateing !
if you are on hold for long hang up and call back.
if it happens a 2ed time then leave a message and try again later.
now if it happens 4 times it is cause one of us here are trying to find out what is on sale and they are looking up stock numbers for me,, i mean one of us here ...

moontroll, IIRC when I ordered mine I got a e-mail confirmation...maybe someone whose ordered more recently will chime in.
I'd go back and check all the info...usually when the site sends you back they need info or something does fit the way they want it to.

I also seem to remember an email confirmation. I ordered about a year ago.
I dont recall if the email was sent right away or if it was delayed a bit though.

...Yeah Preston yer right...I got an e-mailed confirmation on an order placed middle of October or thereabouts...I think the confirmation came a day or so later...

I do and unless you alllow java scripting for a website, it may not confirm an order. I tried to donate to a charity recently and everytime I hit "confirm" it just went back to the same screen, until I allowed Firefox to run java from that website.
