Buck Custom Shop Question

Hi, looking to purchase a Buck 110 from the Buck Custom Shop for my Father as a present but i cant find any examples of what the engraving actually looks like on the knife. The sample image in the customizer doesn't look so great. So if anyone has any pics they can share, it would be greatly appreciated, Thank You!

Engraving is an acquired taste. I wouldn't do it unless after the gift the recipient insisted but then there goes your surprise and convenience of build and engraving in one stop. Great gift.

When you build the knife on the website and put the engraving on the knife as you want it it will show up, you get a choice of two types, block or script, the script looks more elegant to me!

Ok! sorry just re-read your post, what you get from the website is very close, I actually like the real deal once I saw my custom in hand, Buck does a great job on the custom knives.
 
Here is another shot of bolster engraving....I like it. You can also have the blade done.

Might consider having it engraved by a jeweler after you get it. May have better option of font styles
 
Highjacking a bit ....

I'd like to get a custom 110 for my son who's favorite color is red. Any chance of red bone (smooth or jigged) from Buck?
