Buck Customer Service is Great

:cool: After over 15 years of good service and fairly heavy use, my inexpensive Bucklite II came up with a broken backspring. When I contacted the Buck office in Idaho, I was told to send the knife in for repair.

In less than a month, I received a notice that the model was discontinued and could not be repaired. Along with this notice, I received a new Bucklite 484 with pocket clip and a 25% discount card for my next purchase of a Buck knife.

Prompt and courteous service from Buck.

Buck has the best customer service... That's way I collect and use Buck Knives... Good Luck with your new Bucklite... ITE ... :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
