I sent in a 110 and a 112 to be refurbished. The knives came back in one week and were better than new. Thanks, Buck Knives, for the excellent job.

CJ, they were very sharp and had a nice even grind. Of course, I had to cut myself once with each knife within 10 minutes of receiving them. I tried to scrape hair off my arm with one and it dug right into the skin. My wife always gets this amused look on her face when I do this.
 
There is no better company on the planet to deal with. The folks at Buck are genuinely interested in pleasing customers, before AND after the sale.
"The story of Buck Knives" gives a brief history of the Buck Knives Company and the Buck family. The factory may still have a few copies, and the bppk is very interesting reading. When I bought mine many of the currently working Buck family members even took the time to sign my copy.
I cannot say enough positive things about this entire organization - they are just as good as it gets.

I wanted to let you know i received your knife and will have one of the guys tighten it up some.

Joe,
I got my 532MS back today and that lock up problem is gone! The knife is tighter than a drum and I am really happy with it. I would like to thank you and Bill and the rest of the gang that worked on it. It is much appreciated.

I am glad the knife made it back to you. It was hard to turn it loose though. I had thought about sending you a standard 532 in hopes you would not notice the switch. ;-)
