I got a new Buck Mayo 172 TNT. I was a bit let down when I noticed the blade rubbing against the inner handle. I typed up a short little note and sent it back to Buck. This was about 10 days ago. To my surprise, it showed up today. I opened the box and there was my knife with a perfectly centered blade. I have to say I'm impressed with the quick turn around.
 
Great to hear about that type of service. I have not requested it in years, but when I did it was excellent, and it is good to know it hasn't changed.

Its not always that fast but it does tend to keep the customer happy every time from what Ive seen.
