So, I hear there was going to be a new Director or maybe a V.P. of Marketing for Buck.
Where's "our" NASCAR car?
Or BuckMobile?

Sirusly, what's new???? What can we expect? Where's the action plan?

Goose - is it? You have a nice photogenic eye. Interesting pictures. I have also had thoughts several times about your question and the new position, particularly as it pertains to the future - web site, etc. SPAM Mobiles?

Hay goose,

I'd like to see another photo of your 124 stuck through you spamy nassy car.

I can hear it now.... "my number 91 Dinty Moore Spam Buck Knives Ford Fusion ran good today but..." Gotta love the endless sponsor plugs in NASCAR. :barf:

Imagine all the tv quips they would have with a Buck knives car like "cut tire" and "sharp car" or "slicing through the wind". DW wouldn't shut up (not as if he does now anyway) :D

DON'T DO IT, GOOSE!!!

If you have a blade longer than 3 1/2" in your car, it's a felony... :p
That's pretty clever Trax! I did give a split second thought of melding that car with a Buck. The car only cost me $5. But thanks for snapping me out of it.

Hey Messy....
I am sirus about Buck doing a car. Hell, what a perfect demographic crowd for Buck...THAT is AMERICAN.
If they don't want to pony up for a full car, they could co-sponsor like the Air Force on the link below in this post.

When's the last time you've seen a hip Buck ad or something that knocked your socks off? Especially for someone under the AARP invite age (I got two months until I hit that).

Cool tag lines. Like "Sweet Ride"...already taken.
Sheet, if Debbie can do it...zup Buck?????

Maybe not a NASCAR...I dunno...but DO SOMETHING. A BuckMobile (like BookMobile) that hits the shows? Who was it, Rabid Rabbit, that couldn't finds a Buck table (maybe Buck didn't go to Pasadena)? Put a BuckMobile out in the lot like an Oscar Mayer WienerMobile or that SpamMobile and get some attention.

"Do" or "do not". There is no "try".

I agree that NASCAR is probably a good demographic for Buck. Maybe they could get some sort of deal with the Bass Pro car for a few races? It would definately be cool (and expensive!).

The last Buck in mainstream media that caught my attention was last Fall in Field & Stream. They had a list of "classic" gear including the 110. I don't actually think it was a paid ad but it was pretty cool. On the same page were the classic Coleman lantern and the "Pennsylvania Tuxedo" aka a Woolrich plaid wool coat.

Yeah Messy...it's expensive. Millions to do a Team. Half a mill for a car for a season or something like that.

But here's a link that shows some drivers will take less:

All I am saying is that Buck should get their name out.
I can't tell you how many times I have heard "Wow, nice knife. Is Buck still around?".

Anyway, I'm going to shut up (you're welcome). I just want Buck around for awhile and not just as a name used by some contract factory.
