Pics would help, even link to ebay auction-if it is for legitimate discussion, I dont believe they would nail you for deal spotting.

I remember seeing those in the hardware store back long ago.Not sure but a 301 would likely belong in that case.Hope that helps and welcome to the Buck forum.

e-bay item #170575861664, I think the 301 is the one i wasnt sure about, i also think the others are the 305 and 309 but i could be wrong, thats why i asked for some expert advice,, thanks very much

I have a case like that... I just put 2 301s and a 309 or a 305 in the slots... ;) ... It looks good anyway... ITE

Now I didn't know you had found/collected cases...YOU GOT BUCK STUFF! Yep...

The case style similiar to the one mentioned was described to me as a 1976 at the earliest. I believe 1976 was the 1st year for the 107, and that is the knife that goes in the diagonal slot. The bottom folder is a 110,next up is a 301,then a 303, and last is a 305. These 4 folders were Bucks' original offerings, with the 309 & 307 being added in 1971

Here's an example where being member of BCCI comes in handy. You can go to website and go to the catalog section and go to a catalog and it will show the displays offered in the back and show what knives they were made for. As in Scott's photo there are little plastic buttons with names and prices that go in the display...

I think the display case you are refering to is the one I have listed on Ebay. It ends today. in that case I have a from the bottom up a 110, 301 stockman, 303 cadet and the top slot for a folder is empty as I didnt have another smaller folding black buck pocket knife to fit. I dont know if these are even the correct knives for these slots I just put them there for the purpose of demonstrating the display case for the auction. There is a picture from a Buck pamplet shown in that auction where I judged which knives to use.
I hope this helps.
