Hey Guys,

I’m looking to reference back in the catalogs to a release of a duke pearl (22/04/2016) model number 0500pesle-B CB Pearl duke.

I recently picked up two for a steal of a
price in my opinion and one of them
Has a price sticker showing 449.99$ how true is this as a retail price?

can anyone also tell me did buck produce any other dukes with pearl handles that didn’t have the chuck buck signature

thanks

That model has been dressed with all types of handles over the years. The special projects list might help you in the BCCI website.
Joe Houser also wrote a article about special project knives. In that article he put together a list of the models with their data. It's in a Buck Collectors newsletter. Good luck, DM

I don't think the price sticker is Bucks suggested MSRP..But that sure is a beautiful 500! MOP is a little fragile if you drop it but it would be a shame to keep it in the mushroom closet..

everything gets displayed in my house well I have to do something since I can’t use them!

I thought in England you could carry a knife under 3 inches...But the fact that it's a locking blade makes it illegal?

Correct if it didn’t lock I’d be relatively OK

I could carry it if I had reasonable cause like “I used it for work” but I doubt it would go down well especially when I wear a suit :)

Skelator,

That is a 2016 Catalog LE knife, the MSRP was $400, So if you know a dealer, their price was $200 + 10% handling fee (they cost $220 in 2016)

ahh super thanks so much for assisting. That’s still over double the price I acquired these for and I would of happily pair more than the 2016 price. I just love pearl

thanks again

Here is one I got from Jonh F, it's from the old Buck custom shop.

that is just wonderful really is. I try not to deviate from collecting the “original Custom shop knives” but sometimes it doesn’t go to plan.

I’d like to come across one of those one day to go with this version

thanks
