Looks like this year's Post Falls, ID factory store sale is starting on Monday. 50% off all store items except for blems and closeouts. Asked about Hoodlums but was told there would'nt be any for sale.

Only helps those living in the Pacific NorthWest. I guess we'll be seeing what was offered on eBay soon enough...:(

Well, they have to do something special for the local folks now and then I suppose.

:D

I live in the PNW, but it's still an overnight trip if flying or a two nighter if driving. With plane fare or gas, hotel and meals, there isn't any savings there. (I live in the Puget Sound area.) Makes e-bay look like a bargain, but I'll pass there, too. Don't much care for the bay. I'd rather buy direct from Buck or the BCCI, or the sale section of this forum. :)

Well it's two days into the Buck factory store sale.....anyone here get anything?

I went a little crazy and made 3 trips to the factory store this week. Too bad this thing wont let me post pics.

You know what was nice is that Chuck Buck was signing knives for $1 each signature. Then BUCK Knives was donating the $$$ to the local Food Bank, plus having raffles and donating those funds also. What a great family! Maralee Houser, Chuck's daughter and Joes wife was helping her Dad and worked tirlessly opening knife boxes so Chuck could sign away and handing out pins from the first day to the last with a wonderful smile the whole time. I bet they were all beat. I bought my wife a new red paperstone kitchen knife set and knives for all of my salespeople.. Funny most of my guys went to the store when they saw what i purchased. The deals were that good. Not to rub it in to you folks not close to here. Great all around sale.God bless them and i hope they made lots of $$$..

Rich, I'll second what you said. I'm sure everyone was exhausted by the end of the week but Mr. Buck kept signing away with a smile and for a great cause.

I've been carrying around a BG-42 110 for the last 12 years and I was ecstatic to get signed (thanks to my girlfriend for taking it by there for me while I was at work) . Great people, great knives and great deals too!

I never got an email or other heads-up, and I've been slammed at work, or I'd have seen this thread.

Golly.

I missed this one.

I am truly bummed.

I actually had my eye on a couple of pieces.

Aarrgghh. I commute past the factory every single day.

Dammit.

I bought many Bravos. Besh edge,1/2 serrated, g-10 handles.. I guess they are going to be discontinued. The Bravos were the next tactical folders during-end/after the Strider collaberation in 2008 I think...

I almost bought another Bravo since they were only $40 at the sale. I did buy 5 Vantage Force Selects for $20 ea and a couple Paklites for $12 ea. And a 113 with leather sheath ( non blem) for $32. I really wanted to get a CSAR-T fixed and Avid for my Buck tactical collection but they only had the regular models. I liked the dog track sales better but the annual factory sale is still one of my favoirite times of the year.
