I just had an opportunity to visit the Buck Factory. I was taking a hunter safety class that Buck allows to be held in their plant. While I'm not a mechanical engineer or a production manager, I was impressed with physical layout, clean & orderly facility, and obvious pride the firm has. Thanks for providing the space for our class.

Loki,
I'm glad you enjoyed the tour and thanks for the comments! We have had those hunter safety courses here for quite a while. It just seems right that they should be held here.

Take care,

Hey Joe,

Thank goodness the door to the Engineering Lab was closed that day, eh!

Seriously Loki, part of working at a company that makes a fine product is taking pride in the work place and keeping everything neat. Believe me - we do so much grinding, bead blasting, sanding, shaping and buffing that if we weren't clean all the time the place would look like the underside of Joe's 4X4.
