Buck flat grinds, let's see em.

Makeal,

1) What are the knives in the top picture?

2) Notice the top knife in the next to last picture? Is it a Buck and do you know the approximate date? Notice the sabre-flat grind?

3) The bottom 300 is a Camillus, yes?

1. top knives are Buck 914s

2. Cheating on this one a bit. Prototype flat grind on one of the sirus models. Finger grooves near lock release is done real nice and tail end is modified. Rubbery feeling scales.

3. Schrade made 301. great shape for an oldie.

They released the blade forums knife on Monday, pretty cool knife

I think these would all count as flat ground.

hows the pull...better and more firm than most 300s?
This is my first 300 series knife so not sure if it's more firm than others . It seems just right I wouldn't want it any stiffer. Over all I think I got lucky everything seems good . No play in the blades no gaps pretty even grinds . I'am liking it. Hope when you get yours you're happy with it

Just saw this thread James what is that 317 LE. Never seen or heard about an LE 317.
