Buck has excellent customer service

No matter what I’ve said in the past about Buck, they sure did come through for me.

I owe the whole crew over there a big apology for getting upset and a big thank you for fixing my knife.

I am going to continue to buy more of the 186 and 560 models with confidence.

What is really incredible is the Spa service..No matter how skilled and fast a employee is Buck must lose bucks for the cost. I'll be sending in a big box (7 years of being Bucks warranty service for my extended family) this Spring...I'm excited about being able to add more than a dozen back into the herd!
 
Soooooo that (^^^^^^^^^) was what the OP was taking about? Yeashhh. But I'm definitely glad it worked out. You can see my recent CS experience in yesterday's SPS. Great as always.

The pivot pin apparently came out on a 560 and apparently, Buck sent it back to him without repairing it. But apparently, Jeff jumped in and they got it fixed...Apparently...:D:D:D

Buck always comes to the rescue ,I've converted a lot of other brand knife users into buck users over the years,especially during deer hunting season when their knives are going against my bucks lol
