Good afternoon group,
Just wanted to share a short story I went on Buck's website and ordered three custom 110s, the next morning I realize I had made a mistake on one of the knives so I sent an email followed by a phone call right at 9:30 when they open, when the phone call was picked up a wonderful gentleman polite and courteous walk me through the changing of my order. We talked a while about the company and then I had brought up if I could special request a nice piece of buckeye burl for one of the knives, it is for a 60th birthday gift and important!!
The gentleman asked me what I looking for, something with swirls with color, I had explained that I wanted something that had nice colors as well as some chatoyancy, he made all the necessary remarks for the special piece and said that the buck team would make My request a reality, and then we talked about the price of gas compared to Idaho and Connecticut and about this Covid-19 nightmare for a few minutes and then hung up, I find when I special order the buck 110s from the custom shop Yes you pay a little bit more but the quality and everyone that I have bought has been perfection.... Thanks for listening be safe out there everyone...

That's awesome I'm in Connecticut so I'm jealous I've carried a buck 110 almost 50 years, my twin brother whose deceased was a knife maker and I have all of his equipment and tons of knives that he had collected but I still carry my buck 110 It has not failed me yet, just this morning I was shaving down some wood on the door for a quick removal then sanded to perfection.
