My wife and I went shopping the other day and I convinced my wife to go with me to a Sporting Goods store in my area. I was looking at several knives, when my wife called me over to look at a knife that had caught her fancy. It was a Buck Juno. She asked the clerk to show her the knife and quickly decided to purchase one. While it basically looks like an average "Plain Jane" thermoplastic handled utility knife, it is a well thought out design at a bargain price. First, the knife appears larger than it really is because of the wide blade. Second, the handle is extremely comfortable on the hand (even large hands like mine.) and the lockup is solid. These really make great everyday folders for those on a budget and make great gifts as well.

Specs:
2-7/8" drop point blade
Overall length of 6-7/8". Closed 4"
Weight 4.5 oz.

I decided to purchase one as well to carry around as a backup blade and to use around the house and so far, it has performed great. The only things I'd like to see on this folder is a plain edge version, the addition of a pocket clip and more texture on the thermoplastic handle. I think if the handle had the same texture as the Bucklite, it would be ideal. My wife also thinks it would be cool to offer them in different colours as well. Despite my personal preferences, I really like this handy folder that can't be beat for the price. Kudos to the good folks at Buck for a wonderfully designed pocket folder.
