Just read in the new Blade that Buck is going to collaborate to make a Karambit?

This true? Or am I mistaken?

A Buck kerambit? That would be awesome. I have been thinking of getting a kerambit for awhile now; I will have to wait to see ehat buck turns out. :)

cute knife... :) looks like it came from a fantisity knife by hill gibilon... will stick with the 110... al got it right and it is still the best ... truly yours dave

Nothing cute about it. Its been around a long time. Used by a lot of "real world" units.

When I first saw one I was sceptical, but when I saw Steve Tarani use one, I became a believer. Depending on the design, they are great utility knives as well as defense related.

They are not for everybody, and I recommend training with a trainer for a while before you try the live one.

A 110 is a great choice too. I have both.

Josh

P.S. They will be Tarani Karambits, we are just helping build them.

howdy josh,
how about a follow up on buck makeing this most intreaging tool/ wepon!? it truly is very diffrent! if bucks makes it i will have oneas an accomplement to my 110's!
so...has prodiction started and it is being made - i can get one /been made but not avabile yet / pre production but going to happen/ still in planing with real hope or did it jest not make the dream cut ?
this could be real important to our marines!
as well as any buck collector!
signed inquireing minds need to know!

It does have a hooked blade and a hole in the handle but I am pretty sure that this Karambit will be totally different from that knife.

Sorry, I don't have any info on where the project is at this point, or if it is even going forward at all.

I got recalled to the Marines Corps and am overseas. Maybe Jeff can answer.
