Well certainly, if its available, there are guys on this forum with one. If more than one, they may be willing to discuss terms with you. Of course there is always the bay.

I don't recall ever seeing one, although I'm sure there's bound to be a few around somewhere.

In the fixed blades it seems that fancy handles are more common on the bigger, more showy knives....119 and 120 are more likely to get that kind of adornment.

Buck produced them as a catalog item in 1987, but I don't know for how long. I'm pretty sure I have one if I can locate it. Mine may not be the 102 though.

There are some out there but most likely customs and maybe in sets.

These two are in a set of 10 of the 100 series.

Oddly enough, here it is, less than a week later........

And they're turning up on e-Bay NIB.

This forum must be quite influential.

:D

I have a 119 and 102, also i think the number 2 and number 3 knives are reversed in model number.

The small stag at the bottom of the photo is a 102. I got it years ago from the Oden list for about $25-30, what a deal. No, it's not for sale. These do show up on the auction sites from time to time. Good luck on your quest! Funny, I did not notice this thread was a year old;). Also Bob is correct.....LOL.

Anyone else notice that the descriptions for #2 and #3 are backwards. Ooops. Ha ha ha.

Your right, but you brought back old history in showing it, using a 2011 thread start. Some of the folks in this thread have passed away and one was banned from forum. Your OK here showing this but be cautious in dragging all the old history into a new thread. Think about what you are saying or proving and maybe it would be better just to start a new thread with your post being number 1. In this case someone could have just copied the catalog mistake page and started a thread by saying "Mistake found in old catalog page, FYI". Just saying.
