exactly what do you do with the mushrooms?edible?
My wife is Czech and grew up hunting mushrooms. Along with beer, mushrooms are sort of the Czech national pasttime. We've spent a great deal of time strolling around the forests of the Czech Republic in the fall hunting mushrooms. We mostly dry 'em to use in soups and chili, but some get pickled, some go into a sauce to have with beef, some get fried ..... they're damn tasty!
I know the image below isn't of a Buck knifebut next time we go, I promise to carry and use my 303 stockman.
