Buck did not make their own pocket knives in-house until ~1980-1985. Before that, Buck pocket knives were rebranded Camillus knives. And they offered more than just stockman patterns. That may be what you have.

The 4-bladed Buck 322 Congress was made by Camillus in 1995 as an SFO for SMKW. It came in two different colored handles, black and yellow, and was 3 1/2 inches closed.

As already stated, the only 300 series traditional style slip joint 4 blade knife was the 322 Congress.
Mfg by Camillus and sold thru Smoky Mountain.
Qty 4,000 in 1995, mostly black but some were yellow.
