Buck did not make their own pocket knives in-house until ~1980-1985. Before that, Buck pocket knives were rebranded Camillus knives. And they offered more than just stockman patterns. That may be what you have.

I seen pictures of prototypes of that model. A larger and smaller version. Ill see if I can find them..

Would love to send pic but I have been trying for over 2 hours and have come to the conclusion that sending two .jpg pictures is beyond this 85 year old's Mac user's technical skills! (and patience)......... Thanks for the response!!
 
The 4-bladed Buck 322 Congress was made by Camillus in 1995 as an SFO for SMKW. It came in two different colored handles, black and yellow, and was 3 1/2 inches closed.
THANKS FOR THE RESPONSE!! My knife is the black one. Got to know one for e Bucks during their time in San Diego.
