I saw the episode and was trying to see what knd of knife he was using but couldn't pin it down. Your right it was an Omni Hunter, good Eye.

Yep, Troy Landry and Joe Lafont both carry 110's.
I thought Liz Cavalier was to for a few episodes, then they gave a real good close up shot and it was a Schrade LB7.

Joes' stepson carries a lot of buck knives on swamp people,he has a wood handled 102 woodsman,a 110 cbaelas alaskan guide,and he has a rubber handled vanguard alaskan guide also.They like their bucks!
