I was watching Ultimate Survival Alaska on NatGeo last night and one of the guys used a Pathfinder (I think) to skin a grouse and cut up the liver of the grouse. I am pretty sure it was a pathfinder but if not please let me know which model it was, the only other knife I think it could have been was the Personal. Great show by the way.
