How often, if ever, do you see someone carrying a Buck knife while you're out hiking, camping, hunting, etc.? The last one that I saw was back in October at the Quarter Horse Congress. A cowboy was carrying a 110 in a cross-draw sheath, just left of his buckle. Back in the 70s and 80s, I saw Buck knives all the time. Kinda sad that it's not as common anymore.

I saw the 110 and 112 a lot when I was in the Navy. Don't see all that many knives, Buck or otherwise any more. Most times I see a pocket clip it's one of those folding box cutters. Do see quite a few multi-tools though.

I carry my 112 in a pocket rather than on my belt.

I suspect a lot of people have given up on sheaths, at least in the more urban areas.

Cops sometimes get after people with sheaths.

The times.....they are a'changin'.

I look for them. like Jeff. See them often. Buck Country.

I live in suburbia, I carry a 110 in it's belt sheath every day, for 30+ years. Never got hassled by anybody. I was inspired by the old Willy song, "he wore his gun outside his pants for all the honest world to see."

If everybody started carrying belt knives again it would just be normal.

I live in the country, around a lot of horse and outdoor folks...many, ladies included, carry a knife. Most are pocket clip types. I do see some belt sheaths. I can't say that they all are Buck, but, some for sure. Some are older teens and folks under thirty, which I think bodes well for the knife industry. I noticed that my vet had a fixed blade(not Buck) in a horizontal sheath last time I was in with my dog. Preston

Where I live in a pretty rural area of norther California I see quite a few people wearing buck 110's on their belts.
Sometimes it's around town here, but a lot of it is farmers at the county Walmart.

I see one everyday, on my belt. Sorry...that was funnier in my mind. But I did see a guy wearing a 110 the other day and I got excited about it. My wife thought I was an idiot....again.

Around here (upstate South Carolina) it's common. Both young and old carry but most are pocket clip models. I've seen a lot of Bantams and Vantages. You rarely see 110's or 112's. In the past year I have seen two people in public carrying a 110 (myself not included). One was in the traditional leather sheath and the other person was carrying in a horizontal one. Always makes me smile when I do spot one though.

I live in central Kalifornia and I see people with sheath knives every day. I wear a 110 on my belt, a clip knife in my pocket, and a folder my deceased Dad gave me in the same pocket as the clip. I have never been hassled even in places where there are signs "No Weapons of Any Kind Allowed" like Dr's offices. I told my Dr., I had three knives on me during a conversation about knives and she didn't have a problem with it.
